How do I get a quote?
Use the quote form on our contact page or give us a call. Tell us a little about what you need and we'll reply with a quote, usually within one business day.
Is the quote free?
Yes. Quotes are free and there's no obligation to go ahead.
Which areas do you cover?
We work across Your Town and the surrounding areas. If you're a little further out, ask us. We can often still help.
How do I pay?
We email you an invoice when the work is finished. You can pay by bank transfer using the details on the invoice.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes. Just give us at least 24 hours' notice and there's no charge to change or cancel.
Are you insured?
Yes. We're fully insured, so you're covered if anything unexpected happens.
